Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience RN License BLS Covid Card Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience RN License BLS Covid Card Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing unit. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans to ensure resident-centered care. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families regarding patient care. Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and safety compliance. Participate in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations of staff. Provide hands-on nursing care when necessary, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
